Withdrawal of your consent to data processing

The responsible supervisory authority for data protection issues is the data protection officer of the federal state in which my company is based. Right to data portability

Objection to advertising mails

I hereby object to the use of contact data published within the scope of the obligation to provide legal information (Impressumspflicht) for the purpose of sending unsolicited advertising and information material. Processing of data (customer and contract data)

I only collect, process and use personal data insofar as it is necessary to establish, thrash out the content or make changes to the legal relationship (basic data). This is done on the basis of point b of Article 6(1) GDPR which permits the processing of data for the performance of a contract or pre-contractual measures. I collect, process and use personal data about the use of my Internet pages (usage data) only to the extent necessary to enable or invoice the user for the use of the service.

The collected customer data is erased after completion of the order or termination of the business relationship. Legal retention periods remain unaffected.

Data transmission upon conclusion of contract for services and digital content

I only pass on personal data to third parties if this is necessary in the context of contract processing.

A further transmission of the data will not take place or only if you have expressly consented to the transmission. Your data will not be passed on to third parties without your express consent, for example for advertising purposes.
